Amy is a humanistic-existential therapist who believes in the power of connection, self-understanding, and living with clarity and purpose. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma and integrates Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support healing and wholeness.

Elane is a trauma specialist trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). However, she practices with a broad range of issues such as grief, depression and anxiety.. She comes from a strength based perspective and strives to create a safe supportive atmosphere in her therapy sessions. Elane is also fluent and can conduct sessions in Portuguese.
