Amy is a humanistic-existential therapist who believes in the power of connection, self-understanding, and living with clarity and purpose. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma and integrates Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support healing and wholeness.

Kirstyn Nuttall, ACMHC

Kirstyn is a strong believer in individuality of perception, and how each persons sees the world uniquely. Because of this, Kirstyn considers a wide range of factors such as  cultural, genetic, trauma, sexuality, childhood upbringing in her sessions. Kirsten is ART trained to address the complex factors of trauma. 

Elane Shaw, CSW

Elane is a trauma specialist trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). However, she practices with a broad range of issues such as grief, depression and anxiety.. She comes from a strength based perspective and strives to create a safe supportive atmosphere in her therapy sessions. Elane is also fluent and can conduct sessions in Portuguese.

Danielle is passionate about relationships! She loves working with individuals who are wanting to improve their relationship with themselves and couples who are wanting to improve their relationship with each other. She does not shy away from working in high conflict situations in the therapy room. Danielle has a passion working with trauma, the complexities of faith transitions, and helping families find peace through family therapy.

She emphasizes an individualized, client-centered approach that honors the unique experiences and needs of each person. Guided by a deep commitment to inspiring and empowering others, Lindsay supports clients in fostering personal growth, healing, and meaningful change. transitions, and helping families find peace through family therapy.

Luci Hollingshead, ACMHC

Luci has experience helping clients navigate
anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. Her approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness, transitions, and helping families find peace through family therapy. She believes that healing and growth happens when clients feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.
