I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can openly share your feelings and experiences, empowering you to explore and overcome the obstacles in your life. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and addiction.

-Trauma: I create a safe, supportive environment to help clients process their experiences and build healthy coping mechanisms for long-term healing. 

-Depression and Anxiety: Together, we’ll identify and challenge negative thought patterns, while developing strategies and behaviors to manage emotions and foster a more balanced, positive outlook.

– Grief Counseling: I guide clients through the process of accepting loss, navigating their emotions, and finding ways to cope and heal.

Therapeutic Approach My practice incorporates evidence-based methods such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Grief Counseling, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
