About Me: I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in working with individuals navigating the challenges faced in life. I work Clients who may be facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many other difficult trials. My approach to therapy is Client driven, using their specific needs to create a treatment plan based on their individual needs.

Personal Philosophy: I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to be their authentic self. People are unique with specific needs, and therefore each treatment plan is unique to the individual. My job is to provide a supportive space that encourages you to be you, no strings attached. I strive to provide the guidance and support needed to help you build resilience, overcome obstacles, and achieve a more fulfilling life.

Therapeutic Approach: My therapeutic approach includes Jungian, cognitive-behavioral, client centered, systems, mindfulness, and others as applicable. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

-BS in Psychology from Columbia College 

– Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University 

– I have been a licensed clinician since 2019

– I spent nearly 25 years in the military serving in capacities as a trainer and mentor for resilience and suicide prevention.
