I’ve had the privilege to work with a diverse population both clinically and in the role of educator. I believe that every individual brings a unique set of issues and strengths to the counseling process. I have been honored to witness individuals move past their trauma, which has taught me the importance of hope in the therapeutic process. I am passionate about working with individuals who have undergone trauma. Much of my post-graduate training focuses on trauma including EMDR training.

I take pride in continuously learning and staying abreast of the latest research and best practices to deliver the best possible outcomes. My training includes elements of Attachment Theory, EMDR, IFS, CBT and DBT.

My areas of expertise include Autism, trauma, somatic therapy, EMDR, caregiver burnout, complex ptsd, personality disorders, disordered eating, dissociation, polyvagal theory, anxiety depression, and mind body bridging. 

I love spending time in nature, traveling, and reading. I believe humor is a great tool for meeting life’s challenges.
