About Me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently completing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University. My clinical focus includes marriage counseling, faith transitions, and trauma recovery. I am passionate about creating a safe, open, and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, heal from the past, and move toward living as their most authentic selves.

Personal Philosophy
I believe life is not meant to be navigated alone. Our relationships—with ourselves and others—are central to our emotional and psychological well-being. In a world that can often feel overwhelming, I offer a judgment-free, compassionate space where you can express yourself, receive support, and gain tools to navigate whatever chapter of life you’re in.

Specialties & Areas of Focus

Marriage Counseling
I work with couples to deepen understanding, improve communication, navigate conflict, heal from infidelity, and build stronger emotional and physical connections. I tailor sessions to each couple’s unique dynamics and goals.

Faith Transitions
Spiritual shifts can be complex and deeply personal. Whether you are questioning long-held beliefs, moving away from organized religion, or redefining your spirituality, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to process and grow through these transitions.

Trauma Recovery
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have experience working with individuals—including military members—processing trauma related to service, personal history, or major life events. My goal is to help you reclaim your story and foster healing in a space of trust and safety.

Therapeutic Approach
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and the Gottman Method for couples. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach that honors your unique story. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change in your life.
